Privacy policy

We do not routinely collect personal information for any purpose other than to contact you in response to your enquiry or, if you are a Club member, to keep you informed of Club activities and issues. Only the Club Officials have access to your details, solely for the reasons outlined in this policy.

We aim to protect your privacy and never share, sell or rent any personal information submitted to us without your express permission or unless ordered by a court of law.

We do not support SPAM but may at some time in the future contact members by email to inform them of special events and Club matters. If any member would prefer not to receive information this way they can request the Club Secretary to remove their details from the mailing list, or use the unsubscribe link which will be placed at the bottom of each document.

This policy was prepared in March 2011. Should we need to make any amendments to this policy, they will be posted to this page as and when necessary.
